I forgot my password and i can't log in right now! Help!

OKAY IDK WHAT'S ****ING WRONG WITH ME BUT I HAVE A NEW ****ING PROBLEM!

I know some of you are already thinking:

"What the **** is wrong with this girl!?!"

But seriously. I changed my password and wtf man. I can't log in. I know that I entered my password correctly BUT probably I accidentally pressed a letter and I ain't even aware of it. So now I can't log in on my laptop because I don't know my password.

I saw so many tutorials here that says you need a disk but I don't have it! I tried to restart my computer and press the F8 then choose and I always end up to system recovery but everytime I choose the safe mode or whatsoever in the choices it always ask for a password, my admin password. I really don't know what to do. I haven't solve my first problem now I have a new one!!

    SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to give myself a hint and I know it's a very dumb move.

It is against forum rules for us to go into this, but if you Google "How to Recover my Password in Windows 7", there are programs to help.

At the beginning of January I put the wrong password into one of my work's Paint Tinting machines 3 times and it locked the account, I didn't know the admin password, didn't know if support would be open at the very beginning of January, so I too needed a way to gain access to the computer. I found a program which can run from a USB stick and doesn't require much more knowledge than how to follow instructions and use command line interfaces.

Here's the program that I used: Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor

Hum as well as the NUM lock make sure the caps is off - at work the others often leave it on as they don't understand how to use the shift key and it even fools me when I cannot login.

Anyway when you get it fixed - WRITE IT DOWN or make it something that is very personal and you will not forget.

Can I use any USB? Like my USB flash drive?

Not any USB. It would have to be a USB Flash Drive with the program on it. You can also use a CD with the program on it.
