    Not sure but I think it might be misconfigured system files


    On about half the programs I try to open I get the following message, "The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process."
    Two other possible related issues are: 1) System Volume on disk is corrupt, and 2) Trojan.Win32/Agent, File C:\Users\Ron.Owner-PC\setup.exe, 1016513.
    I have attached the MINDUMP information in hopes that it might help resolve this ___.
    I consider myself about a C+ student when it comes to computers but I am not reluctant to jump in with both feet

    While you want for BSOD analysis, work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
    starting with disinfection, a Clean Boot, SFC. Report back results on each step as there may be more indicated.
