Keyboard shortcuts cause explorer/task bar hang/freeze!

Hello, i just did a fresh SP1 install in order to get everything working well and perfectly, however it doesn't seem to be possible... There are already many little glitches, one is VERY annoying :

I set keyboard shortcuts to launch some of my apps but when i press it (any of them, not one particularly), the task bar will freeze for about 15seconds (more or less) before the app indeed launch.

In the worst case, it'll be explorer that'll hang/freeze and i'll have to force close/restart it. Search on google show many had and still have this issue as no solution appeared to be found... I hope i'll get lucky here?:)

Can you provide an example of one of the shortcuts?
Are you doing this natively or are you using a key mapping program to do it?

Also, fill out your System Spec please:

alt+maj+e launch evernote, alt+maj+s launch steam, etc... natively : right clic on shortcut and choose your shortcut. the computer parts have nothing to do with this..!

Seems that sometime after boot (no idea how long, but long enough to be bothered..), this issue is gone. Meaning this is probably due to a service not starting immediatly... Hope someone here will know which!

Works fine for me, right after boot.

Try booting to Safe Mode with Networking, see if the shortcuts work there right after a boot.

Then we start disabling startup programs and services until the =one causing the problem is found using msconfig.
