Adding a new owner for the file, explorer doesn't update

I am thinking of something to mark my video files as watched or not watched on Windows Explorer.

And I have an idea. Showing the owner tab on windows explorer and changing it from rightclick as watched. So I created a new user profile named WATCHED. And I tried this code from cmd.

Code:
icacls D:\Folder\TvSeries\video.720p.mkv /grant WATCHED:F /q
It grants WATCHED user as a owner but on windows explorer it shows the main one. So It doesn't making any difference. How can I fix that?

Why not keep it simple and put a @ or similar as the first character of the movie name after you've watched it?

Because I am seeding it via uTorrent.

??? Don't understand. What difference does that make, or do you mean it would affect the order it's displayed for others? If so, put the @ at the end of the name

If I change the name uTorrent won't seed it.

Playing with permissions just as a marker seems too much for me.
I would either just copy the files on a separate folder, keep the seeding copy intact and rename/tag the copies as you like (uTorrent being unaware of those), or simply create a bunch of shortcuts to the files that you rename at will.
I'm not sure about symlinks/hardlinks, but those may also work without affecting the seeding files.

Or........ Why not simply use a .txt file with Notepad to keep track of those?

I don't understand what uTorrent and seed mean, sorry. Never used any torrent software.

You could also create a file of the same filename as the movie with .read or .txt or .anything.

Hi guys. I've noticed that, when I put my computer to sleep and wake it back up, if I have a file explorer window open with a large list of files (several pages of family pictures in a detailed list view), the window defaults to the first (top) file in the list -- if I am clicking through pictures...
