Can you list full system specs

Also do you have Onboard or IGPU If yes possible Ram shifted to them

If you have a Dedicated GPU list all specs for it

Also with detailed info on your Build it could be a possible non compliant ram meaning it will not work on your board

Get back to us when you have all of what we asked for it will help us much easier then screen shots because the main thing is to figure if your components are the blame once we get the right info then screen shots would be in order next to figure the best solution for you

Nevermind screen shot told me your issue you are using 32Bit windows

    You need 64 bit version

The first screen shot is yours This shows 32 bit Windows Ultimate

The Second one is mine and shows 64bit Windows

Did you clone the OS and put it on the current hard drive ?

If you are sure it's a 64 bit OS could be a dead ram stick have you tested them one by one ?

Trust me, all your ram is being used, open up task manager/performance tab/ click resource monitor/ then the memory tab.

Make a snip of it and post in a reply for us to scrutinize

click start/ right click computer/ then properties/ then look at system type

that will tell you what bit you are running.
