Computer unable to start up startup repair does not help

OK, so me and a friend found a flash drive at his house, being curious to see what was in it we plugged it into my laptop and started it up, it got to the loading windows screen and sat there for like 20 minutes, I held down the power button to turn it off , then when I turned it on again it launched startup relair , it went through that then said " startup repair cannot fix this computer automatically" I clicked problem details and this is what it showed.

Have you tried simply removing the USB stick?

It sounds like you may have found a stick with a grub auto-mount, which has broken the windows boot.

I would suggest downloading a full Windows disk for your proper OS - you may need it later anyhow

Nope - but you may have to at a later stage, depending on the damage that the stick did to your system.
Just follow the instructions in that tutorial, and we'll see where that gets you.
