No Disk error, popup dialog window

    Helloes!
I have been having an issue with Win 7 for quite some time with this popup dialog box appearing saying there is "No disk". I am using a non-english version so I am not sure how it looks in english sorry.

It appears as an error message about every 5-10 minutes while the computer is idle.

Some people suggest this occurs because an USB drive has been removed without using the secure removal option in the tray icons.. But I always do it with secure removal. Also, there is an USB stick connected right now. Still t keeps appearing.

I have noticed it starts appearing during and after using MS Excel 2007, but not sure if it occurs while usimg other programs.

Would really appreciate help in removing this problem.

    Could you provide a screenshot?

Is this happening at boot or in windows?

    Thank you for your reply.

It occurs in windows. The connection to Ms Excel seems the only clue right now..

    Here is a screenshot.

Oh dear... I am sorry for the flipped picture. I took it with my smartphone. I will try to get a better one tomorrow.

Alright, I managed to flip it over. Sorry for the non-english system but hope you recognize it anyway.

Do you have Corel PSP installed? if you do, try stopping this service from msconfig coreliomonitor.exe . Everything should still work OK. If not you can always go back and restart it.

You can read this thread if you like. It is from the Vista Forums but what works with Vista usually works the same on Windows 7, as far as I know.

EDIT: Never mind. I don't believe the info I posted is the correct solution.
