How do set win 7 to start-up at set time

I have searched for this (performed years ago) and tried several 'fixes'. There is no setting in the Bios as most remedies suggest.

My ASUS motherboards have a "Power on by RTC Alarm" setting in Power > APM Configuration section of the BIOS. RTC stands for Real Time Clock. I can set the time of day I want the PC to power up at. Posting this just in case you looked in the wrong section of the BIOS, or weren't sure what to look for.

    Auto Start-up

Motherboard Bios in compter does not have Wake on RTC. I must have used it with my previous computer in Win XP.

    Thanx anyway.

I use a scheduled task. But my computer has been hibernated and not shut down.

To do it from Windows the PC would have to be in sleep or hibernate. If its fully shut down windows isn't loaded, no OS is loaded, so it would have to be turned on via the BIOS.
