how to get permission from system win 7

hi all I am trying to remove some folders and computer keeps saying you need system permision to remove these folders or you need permision from trusted installer yet I am the administrator and only user so why is this happening help me please.

Google "Take Ownership" that might help you achieve what you are attempting to do. Albeit as Kari asked what folders are you attempting to trash; be real careful which folders you make disappear. A good rule of thumb is to ensure all files are backed up on a external device. . .good luck.
