using a upgrade key with anytime upgrade

    Both keys will be required for a reinstall. I believe that the original OS must be installed first (proof you have it), then use the upgrade key.

    Yes, though the original OS does not need to be activated in order to do an Anytime. So, it is safe to use the Retail key on another computer.

    Just make sure you have uninstalled the software on your old computer first.

    I can confirm the key will work on another computer.
