My screen is suffering from growth hormone syndrome

Everything's suddenly gotten bigger. The taskbar needs two levels to view all open programs & browsers. The web pages have grown in size so much so I have to scroll to the right to see all.

Right click on the Desktop & select Screen Resolution. Then check Resolution to see that it matches the correct resolution for your monitor.
Also there is a notation below that reads Make text or other items Larger or Smaller, click on that & see if it is set to 100%.

Report back if this doesn't help.
