    Change IIS from starting automatically

Is there a way to set IIS so it does not start automatically when Windows starts? I know how to turn it off.

    Check your services.

Type services.msc in start menu search box, hit enter.

Yeah I know but in previous versions you could manually set it not to automatically start up. I don't want to delete it.

If it is in services, you can set it to manual as in previous version of Windows. As long as the option for it isn't greyed out or something.

You could set the W3SVC to disabled or manual.
