I have a Lenovo Y560, running Home Premium.
After not having used it for too long, I have forgotten the password.
Where do I begin?
I also have a disc from a VAIO purchase that seems to have WindowsRE, which is important here, I guess.
Forum rules prevent us from telling you specifically how to bypass a password, but if you Google around a bit, you should be able to find threads about disk images you can purchase to burn a CD that will allow you to blank the password.

It's only against the forum rules if you suspect the computer doesn't belong to them, or say a kid trying to get into the parent's admin account. :)

You may be able to use one of the options in the tutorial below to reset your password. Option Five would probable be best in this case. :)
