No GUI Boot, Regardless of Checked or Unchecked

I recently went to disable No GUI Boot in order to run a boot-time antivirus scan.

I unchecked the box (with admin privileges) and clicked apply (I received no prompt about settings being changed). When I re-started I just got a blank screen. I restarted again and the system booted into Windows, but still without the boot GUI.

I also attempted to enter the BIOS to see if I had selected a no GUI option there, but I am unable to get into the BIOS now as well (I have entered the BIOS many times on this system when No GUI Boot was selected, but I have not had to enter the BIOS for the past year or so).

Edit: Swapping to DVI#1 on my GPU fixed it

    Hello Iron7,

If it should happen again, double check using the tutorial below in case you may have missed a step. :)
