    Uninstall Save as type “acdsee photomanager 12 jpeg image”


    I have uninstalled ACDSee ver.12 on Windows 7. But still when I try to save image I am getting option:

    Save as type “acdsee photomanager 12 jpeg image”

    How can I uninstall this option?

    Also, there is still folder ACD System left in Common Files. Should I manually delete this folder?

Can anyone tell me a good way to lower the file size of jpg files other than just resizing the image? I want to use an image for the start-up page but it needs to be lower than 256kb to work. (The image I want to use is 1.8Mb) Thanks
