i have just installed win 7 to win 9 theme pack,, :)
it was reali good n i loved it,but i wanted to remove n uninstall it, after he reboot.
all the icons were left like that, not my windows 7 icons, non of them came back,, and normally the log on screen was ,, default and the bottom it was written windows 7 Ultimate,, but even did not come back,, i need help to get all default changes back,, please help!!
Did you try System Restore
yes but , it did not restore it properly ,,
Did you try another Restore point, working backward?
Did you try running it from System Recovery Options? Try those first to see if you can get before the theme.
Sometimes running SFC /SCANNOW Command will restore the System files which were altered in a theme change. It will also tell you how corrupted Win7 has become and if it is going to be easily reparable.
Is this the original factory Toshiba preinstalled Win7? If so now might be a good time to consider doing a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get rid of the bloatware and duplicate utilties which interfere with better versions built into Win7. If you stick with the steps, tools and methods given in the tutorial you 'll get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do.
How is it that you have Ultimate installed on the Toshiba?
