How to prevent the creation of a Bluetooth Exchange Folder in My Docum

Despite the attached settings, a Bluetooth Exchange Folder is still created in My Documents. How can I make the software create it elsewhere?

Have you tried clicking on the "Allow remote devices to browse, send, and receive pictures, music, and other files." and then clicking on Browse >>> and choosing the desired folder/location?

Thanks for the response. I have tried setting the location to the one I want but the software ignores my setting and unchecks "Allow remote devices to browse, send, and receive pictures, music, and other files" when the system restarts.

Ummm okay. I might need some details like:
    • How many user accounts do you have?
    • Does your user account have administrative rights?
    • Do you have any other bluetooth software installed on the system?

How about you uninstall and reinstall the BT software then try again?

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows leftover registry removal:Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
