Did you install the software and try uninstalling again?
Yes, NO CHANGE. Ran out of solutions...
Check if any of the methods in this link helps:

koolkat77, I appreciate you sticking with me. Followed step-by-step exactly, (surprised their were some left-over from other attempts). Unfortunately, it is still showing up in the "context menu" window.

I want to confirm you have tried ccleaner under the context menu tab option in tools-startup?

andrew129260, thanks for jumping in. Hopefully in the attachment you can see there is no WONDERSHARE listed.

I do have a question about the third entry down- that is the MS (Windows) media player- correct??

That is impossible to read. Can you save the snapshot and upload it using the paperclip?

Or in ccleaner, save the startup as text file and upload that.

Tried them both, being extremely vigilant in tracking down every entry, with no luck.
This is the only value under the second listing "{ecabafc6-7f19-11d2-978e-0000f8757e2a}" not sure what it refers to. Can't find a date it was created.

    Thanks for the suggestions though.

WPShellExt64.dll seems to be a suspicious entry, as in I cannot find much information about it. I would delete it. It will not harm anything. Strange that ccleaner did not list it under context menu....

As to the problem at hand, manually removing it in the registry seems to be the only option. It has to be somewhere on the pc.

    Also please answer this:

You are showing windows startup, not the context menu option.
