That is in your Windows Performance Settings. You right click 'My Computer', I am sorry 'Computer' (since everyone has at least Windows 7 by now but you didn't specify), click properties, and click 'Advanced Tab' ad 'Performance Settings'. Tick the 'Show window content while dragging' check-mark box.

I think this is what you want.

    Follow these steps:
    1. In Control Panel, click System.
    2. On the left sidebar, click Advanced system settings.
    3. In Performance section, click Settings.
    4. In the box, check Show window contents while dragging, and click OK.

Pllease post back and let us know how it goes or if you have any questions.

As a test put a dot next to Let Windows choose what's best for my computer > Apply > Ok

Close all explorer windows then try again.

Try Adjust for best performance > Ok
    This will unselect all settings.

Then Custom - This will allow you to select and unselect the settings you would like to.
Check one at a time till you get the look you want.
