Windows Resource Protection Corrupt Files, Cannot Fix

Last night I had gotten rid of around 5 rootkits there were giving me quite the headache — namely in the form of Error Code 5. That was fixed. Now, however, when I tried to open Task Manager this came up
"Windows cannot find 'c:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe' Make sure you've type the name correctly, then try again."
So I ran a sfc /scannow with CMD.
    Imgur Screenshot of the CMD
That came up. Windows Resource Protection Corrupt Files, Cannot Fix.
    The log is as follows:

I am at a blank here; I have no idea how to proceed. Any held would be greatly appreciated.

I just had a similar problem with C:\Windows\system32\msconfig.exe not being found, even though it was where it was supposed to be. Malware Bytes Anti Malware Free Version found and fixed the problem for me which was a registry entry:

See here for how this registry entry works: ?Image File Execution Options? is an Evil Registry Key | TrojanHunter Blog if c:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe is actually there.

    Taskmgr.exe isn't actually there, regrettably.

With that level of corruption, I'd rescue any files you don't have backed up to quarantine on stick or disk, then do a Clean Install Windows 7. Be sure to delete all partitions during the booted install using the drive Options pictured in Steps 7 and 8.

Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

All I need it to create the repair disk, right? Not the disk I used to install Win 7?

You need the latest official installer for your version to do the Clean Reinstall, which can also be used to copy out your files to quarantine. I'd not do anything else with them until they are scanned with Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware and your AV.

The latest Win7 installer ISO and tool to burn to disk or flash stick is provided in Step 1/2 of this tutorial which will also show you how to get and keep a perfect Win7 install even for retail: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

I'd wipe the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command to get it cleanest for the Reinstall. You need the disk System Recovery Options Command line to run that command.
