    Windows explorer has stopped working


    what must i do with this?

    You do not need to do anything, unless this happens constantly. Are you having this problem all the time?

    If you would like to check to make sure that windows is not corrupted, and to see if anything is wrong with your windows installation, see this tutorial using option 2 here:

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    I did it with sfc and the answer : "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

    it always happen when
    1. i open my movie's folder.. There are so much movie in that folder..
    2. when my laptop busy..

    Its possible you have a corrupt thumbnail file in the folder and that is causing the issue.

    Set windows explorer to show hidden files and folders, and look for thumbnail files. Delete them.

    See if the issue persists.
