    computer wont load windows on boot up

    For the past 18 months my pc wont boot up but after going into safe mode a few times i eventually get to my desktop i have re-installed windows 7 and had a partition on my hard drive if i buy a new hard drive and load windows onto the new drive will this solve my crashes i thought the motherboard was faulty but the error message i sometimes receive says it is to do with a registry problem.

    A new drive and a fresh install is a great starting point.

    To test your hard drive, download and run Crystal Disk then check the results.

    CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

    Usually when a hard drive is failing there is an audible association which is pretty noticeable.

    Could you provide more details regarding the Registry error message? Please post back an answer for further assistance.

    I am not familiar with that error code portion in the parenthesis. You could try using CCleaner from Periform and select the registry cleaner to perform a registry repair.

    Here's the link to the download site for CCleaner;

    CCleaner - Standard

    After installing CCleaner, visit this site for the registry cleaning feature;

    I suggested using CCleaner's Registry Repair, did you try it?
