Wierd bug on computer help needed!

    try changing monitor cables see if that works.

    Try another monitor to test if the problem is within your PC or is in fact monitor-related.

    If you confirm the problem exists on another monitor, then reinstall your display driver, this time from both Device Manager and Control Panel>Programs. Try all recent drivers for your display device, at all the top resolutions, with the highest supported Refresh rates.
