How to unlock files?

Anyone know why these are all locked and how to unlock them? It keeps saying access is denied every time I try to open any of them.

Did you read this in the link;

"Then click on "Include a folder..." use the path I gave you in the address bar. Press "Include folder at the bottom."

Revisit the link if necessary and read the entire thread.
