a real dumb question

i was reading somewhere to download oscdimg (sp) when i go to download it how do i get the exe file to show up? i hit extract all and i see a dos screen briefly and it goes away. The only thing i see is oscdimg application. If u can direct me to a previous post or section i would appreciate it. i have vista 32 and trying to use the 64 bit i have the req. and all but getting this exe file is driving me crazy lol.

This is probably where you saw it.

Make bootable iso from student d/l

Just a note, some folks had problems copying and pasting the commands in the command window. This might have been because of word wrap, so make sure there are no extra spaces that should not be there.
