    What have you installed since reinstalling the OS? Did you run all rounds of Windows updates first and foremost?

    I just plug in my Ethernet (no wifi drivers on initial install) and run windows update.

    Some do fail on the very first update, but eventually resolve.

    Can you boot into Safe Mode and see if you can download then.

    I guess I will try that, but also, my main issue is that the images sometimes part way load, and then get corrupted (random colors, messed up.) I will post a example the next time it occurs.

    Safe boot didn't help. But, I do have a example of a corrupt installer. Here is the LMMS error message:
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails All downloads from anything corrupt.-untitled.png
