Forgot administrator password,Cannot open downloaded files

I have two users in my Laptop, I had activated the hidden administrator account and have two users, I had password protected my administrator account with a measly password but forgot it the next day,I now can use only the user account which has no privileges, so ,to reset my password i tried to install windows password recovery but i cant open it because the user is under user account control and so i cant even open the file without entering the password ..... Please help

You can buy a program such as shown here to remove some passwords: Spotmau Powersuite: Boot Up Any Crashed Windows Computer, 5 Star Award PC Tool .
