    Re-allow Administrator Rights

I have 2 Administrator accounts on my PC. Some time back, I put controls on my wife account while stay an Admin. The control I put on were to NOT allow her (her son actually) to install any software, ever. I want to re-allow those right to her but I can not find what I did to block her. I have checked to the forums and Goole, but can not seem to get what I am looking for.

Any thought on what I may have enabled or made a rule? When she does try to install, an error pops up stating to see Admin because of a Group Policy is restricting her......

Hello Fritz, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you set the policy through Local Group Policy Editor instead of directly in the registry, then you could use the method in the tutorial below to see what group policies you have enabled to help find the one for this faster to set back to the default of "Not Configured".

Group Policy Editor - Quickly View Enabled Policies in Windows

    Hope this helps, :)
