Giaccovitch, It seems your system specs and what you are actually running have everyone in this thread thrown way off. Your System specs show an AMD rig, but your bios seems to indicate you are using an Intel Rig.
We really can't be a lot of help unless we know what hardware you have.
Exactly! And I was one who went with the listed system specs and asked for help based on them. So yeah, if you want OC help, please provide us the correct system specs.

    @ essenbe,

C1E shouldn't be causing the problems he's having as that's mainly for CPU power management. However anything is possible so.

I would, and have suggested a few times, that he should run at default or lower OC speeds. I'm thinking 4.5 is pushing the processor... whatever it is.

    My two cents.

If it is a Haswell CPU he has all those other settings like uncore and ring core

From the BIOS picture he showed, none of those settings were there, or at least I missed them, so, I am assuming he has a Sandy or Ivy Bridge. But, we can't do anything until he responds.

    I might argue it's a Haswell but...

Not really Steve, your guess is just as good as mine :)

Anyway it would be nice if the OP were here to answer questions and let us know what's going on.

Well, until he does, there is nothing else we can do. He can either set it back to defaults or put up with the restarts. I don't see how any of us could help him without the info we requested.
