I tried this guide Complete Overclocking Guide: Sandy Bridge & Ivy Bridge | *ASRock Edition* but with no luck.

- GT OverClocking Support: Disabled
By the way, when my problem occurs sometimes my computer restarts normally, but sometimes it restarts and the monitor wont turn on.
Perhaps that's because you have an Ivy Bridge-E CPU and an X79 board and that guide is made using a i5-2500K and an Asrock P67 board.
Your CPU and chipset are a completely different architecture than that one is. Giaccovitch, I'm not trying to me rude or mean, but I suggest you learn something about overclocking before you even attempt it. My first rule I always tell people about overclocking is, if you can't afford to replace it, don't overclock it. Overclocking is an art and not a science. But, no matter what guide you get they are just the basics, Every board and every CPU is different and can do some things and not others. Even with a guide, you have to have some concept of what you are doing. Every change you make in BIOS affects some other setting too. So, you have to have some idea of what you are doing.
Trust me I know what I am doing, but I believe I should be able to disable speed step with any Intel CPU. This is my first time overclocking and I have found the sweet spot for my CPU, and I have knowledge with the BIOS. I have had a stable overclock with no problems up until 2 weeks ago, so around 4-5 months. I came to these forums for some assistance, and I need it urgently

Please start a thread in PC Custom Builds and Overclocking - Windows 7 Help Forums . As I said before, you don't have a BSOD problem, you have an overclocking problem. Your overclock is not stable.
