no display at startup

Hello,

I have an intel dx58so motherboard, intel i7 950 cpu, antec truepower 1000w supply, 6gb ddr3 memory.

When i boot it takes 15-20 seconds before i see something on the display and when the display turns on.

When i reboot i don't have this problem at all.

I tried with 3 different graphic cards and problem stays.

Anyone an idea what the problem could be ?

Kind Regards,
Kris Saelen

Have you tried start up repair in the install menu on the installation disc?

I mean from the installation disc for Windows 7,after you select languages etc you have an option on the bottom left to "Repair Computer" (under Install Now )

Click the top option with the Windows 7 OS and run start-up repair 3 times as it can be buggy.
