Laptop freezes on desktop after booting

Ok so I researched all over the internet and didnt find a fix for this stupid problem. Whenever I boot my laptop in normal mode, it kind of freezes on the desktop. Everything happens hella slow and ive no alrernative but to force shutdown the laptop by pressing the power button. But the thing is, it works perfectly fine in Safe Mode. Please help me!!!
Oh and I forgot to mention, the mouse cursor doesnt freezes on the desktop. Its just every thing else does. Makes me think that theres a problem with explorer.exe but you guys are the experts so...

Try opening Device Manager and see if any of the devices are marked with a yellow '!'

To get there, right click on Computer, click Properties, then click Device Manager tab.
