Instability: rapid shifting back and forth between windows.

Unknown trigger. Shifting between windows of different programs or sometimes different files open in the same program. Includes Quicken 2013, Corel Word Perfect X6, Firefox and others. Sometimes it stops spontaneously; sometimes minimizing the window stops it; sometimes exiting window works. Re-loading the program sometimes allows resuming without the problem.

Welcome to the Forums.

I got a weird flicker when I tried a Firefox Nightly just a couple days ago. Try not running FF and see if it stops.
