My laptop is keeping restarting and I dont know why.....

So it was 2 weeks ago and I got some error..... I dont remember what did it say only I know I could not even more mouse around so I have to restart it. Problem is here that when I shut down laptop and try to tun it on I get some message and I only thing I can see is in right down corner is "Ensure not data" and under it "in test". Another bigger problem is that I am playing on projector because my screen on laptop is destroyed.
So when I see its writing Ensure not data I press enter and w8 like 30 sec or less. Then another thing came out and only thing I can see is "ESC=Exit"
If I press enter it restarts and going all over again.
If I press Escape same thing happens.

Can anyone help me with this problem because I am thinking about fixing screen and I dont know is it going to be worthed giving 150euros for screen if something is wrong with hard disk. I will lose my laptop and 150 euros.
Please help.... By the way laptop is HP Pavilion g series.

Can you plug in a monitor for greater stability? Do you see the BIOS spash screen? Can you boot into BIOS setup which is normally ESC key on HP? If so reset to defaults.

Then boot into System Recovery Options to run a few Startup Repairs to see if it finds anything.

Part of the problem may be the HP factory install which is the worst install of Win7 one can have. You'd be better off to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 taking the time and care to do a perfect install. Everything needed is in the blue link including how to rescue any stranded files.

You probably need the disk to do the repairs anyway, so might as well if it doesn't repair.

If you can plug in a projector then you can plug in a Monitor. Do you have one?

You could run a Repair Install from within the OS to see if it corrects the problem, but since your screen is broken I'm wondering if you dropped the laptop which might mean that the problem is caused by motherboard or other hardware damage?
