4 Problems At One Time On A Windows 7 Operating System Need Help !

Problem (1) When I Try Opening A Photo Using Windows Photo Viewer I Get The Following Message : Windows Photo Viewer Can't Open This Picture Because You Don't Have The Correct Permission To Access The File Location .

Problem (2) When I Open Microsoft LifeCam VX-5000 Instead Of Getting A Video I Get A Small Box That Says : LifeCam Could Not Find The LifeCam Files Folder Or Save A File In It .For More Information ,See "Troubleshooting And Product Support" In LifeCam Help .

Problem (3) When I Open CCleaner And Try To Clean And Remove Old Junk Files Windows Pops Up And Tells Me Windows Detected A Problem And Needs To Close .

Problem (4) I Uninstalled Both CCleaner And Microsoft LifeCam VX-5000 And Tried To Reinstalled Them To Fix The Problem .When Trying To Download The Software It Either Fails Or I'm Told It Can't Be Downloaded .

Please If There's Anyone On Here That Has Any Registry Fix For These Problems I Would Really Appreciate It ,Thank You !!!

Have you run any Registry cleaners besides CCleaner or Tweaking suites which almost always ruin Win7?

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware after updating both and declining their trial version.

    Then run SFC /SCANNOW Command

Report back results, proceed with establishing a Clean Boot, utilizing System Resources, and the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

Continue working through the steps reporting back results of each. What's required is total thoroughness, missing nothing. If you have questions ask back but do not take your focus off of completing the steps.

Now The "SFC /SCANNOW Command" Feature Is That The One Where After You Reboot Your Computer It Checks The Disk Before Starting Up ?

3 Is The One I Did ,1 And 2 Can't Be Done Because The Disk I Have Only Installs Windows 7 And Doesn't Have A Repair Option On There !!

Let's take them one at a time to see if we can resolve them since apparently there isn't infection or damaged System files.

Install Take Ownership Shortcut, browse to your User name to rightclick Pictures folder and Take Ownership. Now what happens when you try to open a Picture?

Now go to User accounts and create a New Administrative User account, try installing the programs you couldn't before. If it works, try moving some pictures into it and see if they open correctly. If so, test all other Programs from the User account to see if they open and run. If so copy in your files and use that account for awhile to see if it works alright. Later you can delete the old User account placing its contents in a folder on your desktop so you don't forget anything.

If a new User account won't work then consider a Repair Install.

Taking Full Ownership Didn't Work .I Know The CD I Have Is Only To Install A Fresh Copy And Not To Repair It .So I Could Use That Link Right ? I Mean That Won't Hurt My Computer Will It ?
