Run this and see what it says.

    Intel® Driver Update Utility
Already done. I ran the Driver Utility last night and there was an update available. I updated the Graphics Driver and the issue still persists. There doesnt seem to be any other driver updates available for my Intel Graphics or Chipset.

I uninstalled my existing drivers, then encountered rapid BSOD's from verifier because I removed the driver so I had to go safe mode > disable verifier > reboot > install 14.4 drivers and they installed successfully, though I think the 14.100 is mis leading. My DXDIAG still says 14.100 as well as in Device Manager for my GPU, but in the Catalyst Control Center, the version is 14.4 so I think i'm alright. I do think the 14.4 is the CCC version, not the Driver version for the GPU?

I'll keep testing the computer to see for re occurrences, thank you for your help and anyone feel free to chime in with ideas.

EDIT: I also added those BSOD errors from Verifier in case it some how contains useful information but I imagine it's just stating that my GPU drivers are no where to be found.

Issue still persists. Was browsing forums and upon clicking to open a new tab, it occurred. I was listening to Radio Head and the audio doesn't seem to loop but more so just go into an absolute slow crawl giving it a very glitchy appearance.

I mean it could even be down to something silly like a slow internet connection.
