Run a System File Check and see if it fixes your issue.
You may need to run it 3 times to fix all issues.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Hi Tinie12 and welcome to the Forum.
Try pressing the start button, then type "cmd" in the search box. The window that opens will have cmd.exe at the top. RIGHT lick on cmd.exe and choose "Run as administrator"
That should open your CMD window!

Did you try Option Two in the tutorial ?
No installer needed, you run SFC from an elevated command prompt.

Another option if you are actually missing cmd.exe is to extract it from the install media,

Extract Files from Windows 7 Installation DVD

If you don't have it yourself, you can download an ISO here,

Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

It's a bit of work to get to but we can't actually post system files.

Windows 7 *only* person on box - administrator acct won't allow change
Unhiding the administrator account was easy enough so when I rebooted and tried to get my main account to be other than "standard user" the changes button is grayed out. It SAYS that the account is administrator (my main, not the one I just unhid) but it's not and my nettalk is proof - it...
