Where can I get specific individual .dll files?

Where can I get specific individual .dll files? How difficult is it to update a .dll file?

I have been downloading and running various .dll repair programs that claim to fix everything. Unfortunately, none of these programs have fixed or replaced the .dll files my System File Checker lists as corrupted and not reprojectable.

I am looking fo these specific files used by Windows Defender in Windows 7:

    MpEvMsg.dll.mui
    MsMpRes.dll.mui
    MpAsDesc.dll.mui

I have never manually installed a .dll file, but I learn quickly and know how to follow directions. Can someone point me to a "how-to" instruction list for replacing corrupted .dll files? Is it a relatively simple task once I have good .dll files? I would rather not have to pay $200 to someone like the Best Buy Geek Squad just to make what hopefully are minor system changes. Any advice is appreciated.

You can extract them from the win 7 install media,

Extract Files from Windows 7 Installation DVD

If you don't have one you can download one here,

Windows 7 Direct Download Links, Official Disk Images from Digital River

I just used 7-Zip and found those files in the install.wim, you have to grab the right folder once inside but it's all explained in the tutorial.
