Finding file manager

I must be having severe senior moments, as I cannot find File Manager. I need it because the instructions for transferring my previous Nokia mobile contacts, now stored on the computer, to a Samsung smart phone tell me to start a file manager on my computer.

I know it's stupid, but nevertheless, someone, please help.
