Windows 7: Infinite reboot loop after a BSoD and attempted windows updates

After disabling automatic reboot the boot sequence is exactly the same, with the same reboots. I have not seen a BSoD yet.

So it crashes without a bsod. Strange... never seen that.

Can you boot in safe mode succesfully?

Put D:\packages.txt on usb stick. Attach usb stick to healthy machine and post the file

I cannot post into safe mode. I'll post the file as soon as I can get to a healthy machine.

Do I save something to a USB by going into the command prompt and using the "copy" command?

Can you enter "safe mode" and logon succesfully????!!

Yes do the copy command.

Sorry, post was supposed to be login. When I try to boot into safe mode I enter into the same loop as when I try to boot normally.
