I have quite a few mini dump files, including the one from the blue screen that started all of this. The most recent one is from June 19th, which is when my computer blue screened and then started this looping.

All right. No recent dumps... system restarts with crashdump.... still very strange.

What happens if you reboot normally now?

It is "install pending" because you uninstalled the newer version.... Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.2.1.1 for example

Should I do anything about this file?
Reboot loop still. Still configuring updates? don't do anything with Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3 yet

    Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.2.3 already uninstalled by you
    Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.2.1 already uninstalled by you
    Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3 pending install

So uninstall Package_for_KB2952664~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.3 as well now. No "pending" patches anymore? If so... reboot. Post results

Package removed, no pending packages returned, boot loop still continues.
