Screen went off and go into sleeping mode automatically

Hi guys

My PC screen went off suddenly and go into sleeping mode automatically. occurs like every 2 hours since this morning and it wont boot up,.i have to press the restart button each time.

attached are files generated by two tools I found in this forum.
