Need help deciphering quarantine registry keys

Hello;

Need help showing what these keys are. To delete or not to delete that is the question.

I have no idea what they are but you could do sfc /scannow using this tutorial by Brink to check Windows 7 system files. I have never know this to hurt anything.

What program quarantined them?
Just wait for more responses before removing them.
