wrong timezone

Despite choosing london time when i registered with 7forums my timezone is incorrect, i haven't worked out how to put it right yet , Any suggestions ?

Go to your User CP, and Edit Options, down near the bottom is the timezones. You can change it there, and save.

Cannot change or correct computer time (Windows 7). Not timezone issue
The clock on my computer is approximately 15 minutes slow. If I manually change it, or force an online update, it briefly shows the correct time before reverting back to the incorrect time.

Date/Time jumps after correct setting of date/time/timezone?
Have set the correct time zone, set the date and time, and within half an hour, the time jumps ahead significantly. Time then continues jumping periodically, and date as well. Any patch available for this? Thanks.
