Ummmm, I think I can give you some advice.

1.Open the System Repair Engineer>System Repair>Select 'File Association'>Select .chm and .js>repair.
2.Open the System Repair Engineer>System Repair>Windows Shell /IE>Select all>Repair.
3.Open the System Repair Engineer>System Repair>Advanced Repair>Auto repair.
4.Open the System Repair Engineer>System Repair>Advanced Repair>Scan API HOOK.

Well, this is my solution based on your report, wish it can help you.
