Not 7 related but how to stop updated emails from forum

sorry its of topic but everytime somebody posts in a thread that i have posted in on here i keep getting an email saying so, i cant seem to find an option to turn it off. any help? thanks

User Control panel - Options - Default Thread Subscription Mode.
change this option to control new actions

For existing threads the setting may be set individually for each thread by clicking on "View all Subscribed Threads" and adjusting as required Multiple selections are allowed
