    Hang after Starting Windows sign

Ok, I put my PC on sleep mode last night, then today I came to it and switched it on. It was loading then the Starting Windows sign came past then it was just black with a cursor. My mouse and keyboard were still on. I restarted.I tried Last Known Good Configuration, but that didn't work, I ran system repair and tried to restore to an earlier date, which also didn't work. When I ran through any safe mode, the commands ran but stopped on CLASSPNP.sys.
After all this I restarted and every time I click Start Windows Normally it does a restart. Also after I select start windows normally I get a very very brief BSOD, so brief I can't read it, but I managed to slow it down to read:
At the bottom of the message the error code was
    Technical information:
    *** STOP:0x0000007b. (0x80786b58, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

It also says run CHKDSK/F to check hard drive corruption, then restart

    I'm on Windows 7 Vista 32bit OS

I would follow what it says and restart, tap f8 after the bios and choose command prompt only; then do a chkdsk /f command to get it to search for and try and fix any possible corruption(s).
