"Empty Recycle Bin"-button gone from toolbar

I used to have a very handy "Prullenbak Leegmaken"-button (Empty Recycle Bin). You can see it in the attachment.

Does anybody know how to restore that button? Futhermore, could CCleaner be the cause of it's removal?

Thanks in advance!

It may not be there because it's already empty?

If not run SFC /SCANNOW Command

Yes, if the Recycle Bin is empty, that button (as well as restore) does not show.

Disabling more Aero animations and "X" button "glow"
While there are a (small) handful of features of Aero that i'd like to use, there are many more that slow down the UI and/or make it distracting that I can't find a way to disable. (I even tried the "Basic" theme but it has a bug that discards font size settings made under the now-misnamed...
