Time Format for files and folders

I am having an issue with how "Date Created" and "Date Modified" are displayed. They both show the short date format with time. I want them to show Long Date format with time.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Control Panel, Region is where you change that.

I understand that is where I would change the actual formatting options. But I want to find out how to have the files and folders show the long date, as opposed to the short date.

That doesn't do it. Somewhere there has to be a way to change it from displaying the short date, to the long date.

No, there is none. You may find a Windows Explorer replacement that will do this but the native Windows Explorer will not that I have ever seen.
