Slight lag when dragging windows around in Windows 7

Hello! This might be in the wrong forum, but this is what is happening.

I recently just bought a new computer that came 2 days ago. Everything on it is fine, except for one thing. I have dual monitors. I've seen this problem on many different forums, but people have very few solutions except to just wait for a Nvidia patch, I just want to fix this as it's slightly annoying me. I have a good warranty on this machine, but I don't think that it's a large enough problem that warrants me calling the manufacturer.

When I drag a window around, it sometimes will randomly have a slight lag. At other times, the windows are fine to drag, they drag around extremely smoothly. The content of the windows don't lag when the window dragging is lagging. This happens in Windows 7 Aero, but not when I turn Aero off. It's not a heavy amount of lag, just a slight stuttering (almost like fps lag) when I drag the windows around. It happens in both monitors.

    Here are the relevant specs.
    Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K
    Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 780
    Memory: 16GB DDR-1866
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H
Hard Drive that Windows is on: 128 GB SanDisk SSD

    Any help/ideas would be great!
